Aim:
Looking at the wisdom of death as a process of transformation and cyclical nature is an invitation to look at and honor the existence that transcends, redefining the experience of living and letting go.

Who can participate?
Anyone who wants to connect with the ideas that death evokes and transform them to honor this life process and draw from it its inherent wisdom, expand their creativity, learn more about the Mexican Day of the Dead culture, and learn to weave mandalas.

What will you learn?
1. Thread-bonding technique with Campeche wax. In this workshop, María de Sukhcharan and her threads invite you to bring to life the reflection and creative transformation enabled by the art of thread on wax, along with creative expression and other techniques to delve deeper into the concept of dying. We will bring death to life, creating upon its skull-like image to transform it into a testament to our redefinition.
2. Yuli from Sikuli Mandalas helps you create a mandala with a circular structure in the center and weaving at the same level with intermediate-level techniques to finally integrate the 2 pieces into a single work.

What's included?
* Access to a private Facebook group where there will be 6 Zoom classes of 3 hours each that you can then download and watch later.
* Kit and shipping within Mexico with materials (wooden base, sticks, glue, Campeche wax, skull-shaped wood, and threads to make the central skull). The rest of the materials are explained by joining the private group.
